COVID-19 Coronavirus Update from Elite Vision
Dear Elite Vision Customers,
As we look towards an unpredictable 2020, Elite Vision is rapidly implementing changes
to our standard working practices. The health and safety of our employees, customers
and their families remains a priority. We reassure our customers that business will continue as normal.
We remain fully open and will continue to supply goods and services as we have in the past with a few
work practice adjustments. As of today, 17th March 2020, majority of Elite Vision staff members both in
Australia are setting themselves up to work from home.
As a unified IT company, implementing remote working capabilities for staff members was an easy adjustment,
utilising the products and services we have been offering the Australian Retail & Reseller channel since the
Day to day duties at Elite Vision will remain as normal with limited Accounting, Warehousing and Technica
staff working from the Elite Vision offices.
Elite Vision staff are adopting the highest standard of cleanliness, product handling and business practice
to minimise the spread…… which include:
- Collection of goods buy Courier companies
- Handling of goods by warehouse and all staff members
- Handling of equipment that requires testing such as RA’s, loan gear, warehouse stock needing updates to shipment
- Paperless customer documentation (upon request)
Elite Vision will continue to service our customers to the high standard we are renowned for,
although the way
we do this may change slightly due to the challenging conditions. We do not anticipate delays
or shortages over and above the normal routine. In place of interstate travel and face to face
customer meetings, we will fully adopt our own audio and video conferencing technologies.
This is now becoming the new norm for conducting business and in many ways will be more effective.
